More than 15 years ago Stenner launched a vegetable-based lubricant to use on their band re-saws. A spray system was then developed and is now in its third generation, it is strongly built to survive the challenge of the sawmill environment and is fully tested with over 350 systems fitted either on new machines as an option or as a retro fit to existing machines.
They have proven very successful at prolonging blade cutting life and reducing problems like gullet cracking which occurs when blades are poorly lubricated. The system ensures an efficient amount of lubrication covers the whole blade and is applied at regular intervals throughout the machines runtime.
